Qualifications

• 10+ years leading and developing high-performing product organisations.
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing digital products in retail/ecommerce.
• Experience in international, multi-market organisations with omnichannel journeys.
• Experience raising product maturity and leveraging AI to improve outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Shape the digital product vision across Rituals.com and the Rituals App to drive growth and customer value.
• Build and lead a high-performing product organisation with product leads and delivery teams.
• Drive customer and business impact through outcome-focused delivery and metrics.
• Accelerate innovation by embedding AI in discovery, experimentation and delivery.
• Establish strategic partnerships with technology and delivery partners.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Data, Marketing and Commercial teams.
