Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with 4+ years in design recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building high craft design teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
• Growth mindset and flexibility to adapt priorities in a fast-growing startup.
• Data-driven approach to problem solving with actionable insights.
• Proven ability to attract passive senior candidates and build diverse pipelines across locations.
• Strong operational rigor and ability to stay organized amidst change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies.
• Identify top talent across design specializations including product/brand/content design, design engineering, web presence design, and UX research.
• Initiate creative and scalable changes to recruiting processes.
• Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to design leadership.
• Create strategic plans to attract design talent across different geos.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal to ensure a holistic candidate experience.
