Job summary

Danone is seeking a Global Data Excellence Manager to lead data governance and governance across the Marketing Data Domain. You will drive trusted data products, ensure accessibility and adoption of digital marketing data, and collaborate with analysts, marketers and business teams worldwide to enable data-driven decision making.

You will support data governance, quality standards and scalable frameworks, while fostering a community of analysts and data users across Danone’s global footprint.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in marketing, digital, analytics or data management in global orgs.
• Experience with data governance, data quality or stewardship.
• Strong knowledge of marketing data ecosystems such as CRM, digital media, eCommerce, search, and web analytics.
• Hands-on with data/analytics tools including SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate into scalable data solutions.
• Oversee lifecycle of key data assets and governance processes.
• Ensure data products meet business needs with quality, scalability and governance.
• Build adoption of governance best practices via playbooks and enablement programs.
