Job summary

Hazera, onderdeel van Limagrain, zoekt een International Customer Service Specialist in Made. Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Planning, Production en Logistiek om orders wereldwijd op tijd en in correcte staat af te handelen.

Je beheert de volledige orderstroom, onderhoudt contact met klanten en Sales Managers, en bewaakt exportdocumenten en zendingplanning. Een internationale omgeving, ruimte voor ontwikkeling en aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden wachten op jou.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 or HBO working and thinking level.
• At least 3 years of experience in an international commercial environment with export processes.
• Experience coordinating international air and sea shipments.
• Knowledge of export and customs documentation, including phytosanitary certificates, Certificates of Origin, Incoterms and Letters of Credit.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM and BI systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience within the seed industry is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete customer order lifecycle from order entry through final delivery.
• Review customer orders, clarify requirements and process them accurately in our ERP system.
• Be the primary point of contact for customers and Sales Managers throughout the order process.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with Commercial, Planning & Control, Production, Processing, Quality Control, Finance, Marketing and Management.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers.
• Prepare and manage export documentation, including customs documentation, phytosanitary certificates, Certificates of Origin and other required export documents.
• Coordinate international air and sea shipments while balancing service, transit time and cost efficiency.
• Monitor shipments and proactively keep customers informed.
• Coordinate commercial, sample and breeding programme exports.
• Manage seed return processes when required.
• Support post-sales activities to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Work with ERP, CRM, BI tools, Microsoft Office and specialised transport and phytosanitary software.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.
