Job summary

Commify, via its Netherlands hub Spryng in Amsterdam, offers a hands-on Customer Success Internship where you’ll gain experience across customer support, marketing, and product management while putting customers first.

As a student with EU work authorization, you’ll work with the CEX team, handle onboarding and inquiries by chat, email, and phone, and help generate ideas to improve the Spryng platform. Enjoy daily lunches and a dynamic workspace.

Qualifications

• You are a student and enrolled at a Dutch learning institution and have a valid work authorization for the EU.
• You are fluent in Dutch.
• You have good English skills; additional languages are a plus (French, Dutch) but not a must.
• You are proactive and willing to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a solution-oriented attitude and provide a high level of service.
• You have interest in the client-facing and technical aspects of customer experience.
• You are a creative writer and have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in Customer experience, Technical support and Product Management.
• Handle responsibilities that span from 1st to 3rd line support; including onboarding new customers, whitelisting, mapping of issues and thinking about new features for the Spryng platform.
• Learn how to work together with Sales and Marketing departments to optimize our platform and service.
• Engage with (potential) customers through calls and emails, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Provide support to customers via chat, telephone, and email.
• Analyse opportunities to rank better in search engines such as Google, write the content yourself that will actually ensure that we will appear higher in search results.
• Think along with making creative content with different purposes: content that makes it easier for the sales team to bring in new customers and for the client success team to be bombarded less often with unnecessary questions.
