Job summary

Cronos is seeking a Controller based in the Netherlands to support our growing international operations. This role will own US GAAP financial reporting for our Dutch entity, while ensuring Dutch statutory requirements. Hybrid work with 3 days onsite in Hellevoetsluis.

This position sits in a multi-national finance organization, partnering with US leadership and external auditors to maintain accurate reporting and strong internal controls in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CA a plus).
• 8+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on US GAAP experience.
• Solid understanding of Dutch GAAP and local statutory reporting.
• Experience in US-listed multinational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for US GAAP reporting.
• Prepare and review US GAAP financial statements and reporting packages.
• Identify, document US GAAP adjustments from local GAAP.
• Support SEC reporting processes and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee Dutch statutory financials and liaise with local advisors.
• Manage statutory audits and filings with external auditors.
• Support cost accounting activities including inventory valuation and variance analysis.
• Ensure alignment between operational data and financial reporting.
