Job summary

bol is seeking a Contract Manager to lead and renew long-term contracts with technical partners, including international suppliers of MHE and other assets. You will govern budgets, safety, and performance while driving innovations and cost control.

You will report to the Asset Management team and collaborate closely with Procurement and Legal. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus 5+ years in contract/supplier management, is required; you will work from our Utrecht/Waalwijk hubs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in contract/supply/partner management.
• Experience with complex production environments and technical assets.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; strategic focus.

Responsibilities

• Embed bol's asset management strategy in every contract with technical partners.
• Develop OPEX budgets and prevent overspend.
• Manage changes with governance, Procurement and Legal.
• Maintain a risk radar and mitigate issues.
• Improve contract management processes and support long-term Asset Management.
• Prepare the team for peak periods and align with partners.
