Job summary

CLEAR Global is offering a 4- to 6-month Erasmus+ traineeship in a hybrid setup based in Amsterdam or Lyon, with CET core hours. You will work with the Influence & Language Justice team to mobilize a global volunteer network of language professionals and support ongoing community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Eligible for the Erasmus+ traineeship.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with intercultural awareness.
• Previous translation/interpreting experience is an advantage.
• Previous experience working with non-profit organizations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with translation and data-entry tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community team in engaging a volunteer community of over 200,000 language professionals.
• Coordinate collaboration among volunteers and ensure healthy growth of the community.
• Support planning, logistics and management of community engagement events and activities.
• Assist with recruitment and training for CLEAR Global roles.
• Monitor and develop community member dialogue within digital platforms.
• Identify opportunities for community involvement within workflows and activities.
• Develop role descriptions, coordination structures and processes for engagement initiatives.
• Carry out administrative tasks, data entry and data collection.
• Handle other community management tasks as required.
