Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority transformation programmes from hypothesis to implementation.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, and Finance without direct reporting lines.
• Own commercial planning and performance insights with core metrics like cost of sale and partner growth.
• Craft executive-level presentations, dashboards and steering packs that translate insights into strategic narratives.
• Develop and maintain commercial playbooks for exclusivity models and self-serve adoption across markets.
• Establish governance and post-implementation reviews to feed learnings into future planning.
• Champion digital channel strategy initiatives and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
