Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to build a scalable, data-driven commercial engine across its European hubs. You will unify Revenue, Sales, Distribution, CRM, Digital and Partnerships to drive direct growth, profitability and regional expansion.

Lead cross-functional teams, monetise multiple revenue streams beyond rooms, and shape growth through asset-heavy expansion and Hotel Management Agreements in a hybrid, international setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a commercial function across multi-country hospitality or mixed-use platforms.
• Track record monetising multiple revenue streams beyond rooms.
• Strong expertise in revenue, distribution, digital and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a scalable commercial model across international hubs.
• Grow direct revenue and diversify channels beyond OTAs.
• Drive data-informed pricing, forecasting and cross-sell strategies.
