Job summary

ProQR Therapeutics is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead in Leiden to drive end-to-end management of outsourced clinical trials, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality and regulatory compliance. You will safeguard data integrity and oversee the Trial Master File while coordinating with external vendors.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical operations, strong ICH-GCP knowledge, and hands-on experience with EDC/CTMS/eTMF systems, in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Clinical Operations Lead with global trials and CRO oversight.
• Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP and EMA/FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of outsourced clinical trials.
• Act as primary liaison between the organization and external service providers.
• Ensure trials meet timelines, budgets and quality standards while maintaining data integrity.
