Job summary

APM Terminals in The Hague is seeking a Senior Capex Controller to shape global CAPEX planning, forecasting, and performance management while partnering with Finance, Asset Management, Procurement, Engineering and terminal leadership to align capital allocation with strategy.

You will interact closely with the CFO and senior leaders, driving improvements in forecasting, governance, and reporting, with a focus on transparency and value creation across a multinational operation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance and Accounting with strong IFRS knowledge.
• Proven experience in planning, forecasting, and cross-functional partnering.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own global CAPEX planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Lead the annual CAPEX budget cycle and the CAPEX components of the five-year Business Plan.
• Drive CAPEX forecasting with accurate spend visibility and cash flow.
• Partner with Procurement, Asset Management, Finance Partners, and regional teams to strengthen governance and reporting.
• Enhance investment insights, analytics, and digital solutions for transparency and decision-making.
