Drive long-term investment planning by leveraging asset replacement cycles and aligning capital allocation with business priorities. Own the CAPEX performance management framework, including monthly and quarterly reviews of investment performance and forecast accuracy. Partner with Procurement, Asset Management, Finance Business Partners, and regional teams to strengthen planning assumptions, governance, and reporting consistency. Enhance investment insights, analytics, reporting capabilities, and digital solutions to improve decision-making and transparency.

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities with a hands‑on approach. High level of integrity, dependability, urgency, and results orientation, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
