Job summary

Avolta in the Netherlands is seeking a Regional AP controls specialist to support the PCAOB AP control framework and BP-PAY standards across the region. You will prepare compliance reports, analyze regional postings and monitor AP KPIs to support governance and reporting.

Ideal candidates have internal control and audit knowledge and SAP/AP transaction understanding, with a collaborative mindset to train and align with Global AP Analysts and local governance structures.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal control and audit.
• Knowledge of SAP/AP transaction processes.

Responsibilities

• Regional execution of PCAOB AP controls BP-PAY-0220, BP-PAY-0240 and BP-PAY-0300.
• Periodic review of IPE templates for AP controls BP-PAY-0400 and BP-PAY-0401.
• Preparing compliance reports and status.
• Preparation and analysis of regional postings reports.
• Monitoring AP KPIs and preparing reports for assessment.
• Periodic analysis and follow-ups of RTV reports.
• Collaboration and implementation of AP – local governance structure.
• Training and communication with Global AP Analysts.
