Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Manager, Global Sustainability - Scope 3 to lead our agriculture decarbonization program. You will own the strategy, align global targets with regional execution, and drive supplier collaboration across the procurement function.

We value deep expertise in GHG accounting for agricultural supply chains, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex climate concepts into actionable business tools while engaging external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Years of corporate sustainability experience focused on Scope 3 accounting and agricultural emissions.
• Deep knowledge of agricultural GHG accounting protocols (GHG Protocol Land Sector and Removals Guidance, SBTi FLAG standards).
• Experience developing regenerative agriculture projects and decarbonization levers in FMCG.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to translate complex climate concepts into actionable business strategies and toolkits.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills with board-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Agriculture Decarbonization Strategy: define direction and interventions to meet SBTi.
• Enable regional execution with toolkits, SOPs, and guidance.
• Lead governance rituals, steering committees, and agile ways of working.
• Partner with Global Procurement to align supplier principles and terms with climate targets.
• Ensure robust, auditable data flows for external disclosures.
• Represent the company in external sustainability initiatives and coalitions.
