Job summary

Jobgether SRL, a partner-driven international finance team, seeks an International Accountant based in the Netherlands. You will own day-to-day accounting for multiple entities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and manage VAT compliance across jurisdictions, working remotely in a multicultural environment.

You will consolidate group reporting, coordinate with auditors and tax advisors, and drive process improvements while strengthening internal controls.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of professional accounting experience, ideally within an international or multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT compliance, and group reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with transfer pricing or intercompany transactions is an advantage.
• Adaptable to multicultural, international environments.
• Startup or fast-growing experience beneficial.
• Additional European language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with applicable local and international accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including group consolidation and analytical reporting.
• Review and submit VAT and other tax declarations accurately and within required deadlines.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and local providers on transfer pricing studies.
• Reconcile accounts and verify financial statements and bank reconciliations.
• Support development of more efficient accounting processes and internal controls.
