Job summary

JDE Peet’s seeks a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager for Paper Categories to own the sourcing strategy and manage a spend portfolio of up to €150M up to €250M. You’ll drive cost and cash results globally, build strategic supplier relationships, and lead cross-functional teams across regions and functions.

You’ll need 6+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, strong negotiation skills, and an MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, positioning JDE Peet's as a customer of choice while driving continuous improvement.
• Identify and prioritise total cost of ownership savings opportunities and lead their implementation across the category.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiate and contract key suppliers, and ensure contract execution and compliance.
• Build a longer-term productivity pipeline to ensure continuous delivery against procurement targets.
• Monitor and benchmark category performance to ensure JDE maintains the most competitive cost base.

Job Description

As Global Strategic Sourcing Manager for selected Paper Categories, you'll own the sourcing strategy for a spend portfolio of up to €150M upto€250M , driving best-in-class cost and cash results across JDE Peet's global packaging categories. You'll sit within the Global Strategic Sourcing team, reporting to the Global Strategic Sourcing Director Packaging, and play a key role in building a world-class procurement organisation. This is a role for someone who combines sharp commercial instincts with strong relationship-building skills - working across regions, functions, and supplier networks to deliver real impact. • Degree level education; MBA or further qualification preferred
