Job summary

Rubrik Professional Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager (German Speaking) to lead complex, enterprise customer implementations from kickoff to sign-off in a remote Netherlands-based role. You will manage end-to-end delivery, align stakeholders, monitor budgets and timelines, and drive business value while maintaining Rubrik’s delivery standards.

8+ years of direct Project Management experience delivering customer-facing, enterprise technical projects.
Proven ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, high-pressure situations.
Fluent written and spoken German and English.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent, enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff to sign-off within fast-paced environments.
Prepare deployment for enterprise customers with clear success criteria, track deliverables, and manage resources to meet deadlines and budgets.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, resolving issues before escalation.
Serve as the single point of contact for customer executives and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, and third-party partners.
Ensure quality and performance of deliverables to Rubrik standards and customer objectives.
Assist in establishing PMO governance, standard procedures, methodologies, and KPIs for the PS portfolio.
