Job summary

Royal Sanders is seeking a German-speaking Sales Support to bridge the gap between customers, Sales, and internal departments. You will assist Key Account Managers with product administration and project follow-up to ensure timely, accurate delivery of customer projects.

You will coordinate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing, Planning, Quality and Operations, maintaining schedules, specifications, and commercial agreements, while identifying bottlenecks before they impact progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or similar roles required.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor new product introductions.
• Support the Key Account Manager with product administration and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal departments on planning, artwork, quality and availability.
• Monitor progress, deadlines, actions and outstanding issues.
• Ensure correct administrative processing of product specifications, artwork processes and commercial agreements.
• Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, and ensure timely alignment with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to efficient cooperation between the customer, Sales and the internal organization.
