You will drive revenue through proactive outreach, manage your portfolio, and collaborate with Sales, Management and Business Development to achieve targets.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B sales, fluency in German or Dutch and English, an HBO/WO degree, and the ability to travel 20-40% per month.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial solutions, manufacturing or similar sectors.
• Fluent (C2) in German or Dutch and English.
• HBO or WO educational level; a study within the industry is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and travel 20-40% per month.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to new and existing clients to introduce technical solutions.
• Strengthen sales skills and product/market/process knowledge continuously.
• Drive revenue growth through outbound and inbound activities; hit individual targets and company goals.
• Manage sales pipeline and maintain relationships within assigned portfolio.
