Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Amsterdam is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver outstanding service and drive sales through expert clienteling across phone, web, and in-store channels. You will know the Maison's products, provide high-quality service, and collaborate with boutique teams to ensure a seamless client experience in a luxury environment.

Fluency in German is essential; additional languages are a plus. A competitive package includes the 13th month, bonus, commission and travel cost

Qualifications

Experience in customer support, hospitality or retail.
Excellent language and superb communication skills.
German language at native level; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive sales through professional and courteous client interactions meeting the Maison targets
Be a role model regarding the Maison selling ceremony
Handle & solve issues related to clients
Handle all inbound calls, e-mails & social media messages and greet all clients in a timely, professional and engaging manner
Actively develop outbound clienteling actions to enhance your client portfolio
Process orders initiated by phone; great data entry in the CRC systems
Continuously build product knowledge to act as an expert for the Maison
Demonstrate selling and negotiating skills to close sales
