Job summary

VONQ’s HAPI team seeks a Partner Growth Manager to expand adoption of the HAPI suite across ATS/HCM ecosystems, drive AI screening adoption, and deepen partner relationships. This is a quota-bearing role with direct impact on the fastest-growing business line.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and sales, travel to Rotterdam or London or Düsseldorf offices, and can work remotely within CET/GMT. Fluency in English and German required; French a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of partner or channel experience with embedded/API integrations.
• Deep experience with APIs, XML feeds, embedded software, or white-label integrations.
• Fluency in English and German is required; French is a significant plus.
• An genuine interest in AI and its application in hiring and recruitment.
• Proven ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders within partner or customer organizations.
• A commercial mindset with accountability for results.
• Willing to work from Netherlands, UK or Germany; remote CET/GMT zones possible.

Responsibilities

• Drive Partner Growth: Increase adoption of HAPI products within existing partners and measure outcomes.
• Expand AI and Product Adoption: Roll out AI screening and EQO capabilities within partner ecosystems.
• Strengthen and Deepen Partnerships: Build relationships across product, customer success, and commercial leadership.
• Enable Partner Success: Collaborate with product, support, and engineering to ensure satisfaction.
• Engage Partner Customers: Meet ATS/HCM end-customers to translate feedback into product opportunities.
