Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide professional, empathetic support to customers across multiple markets from Porto, Portugal. The role requires handling inquiries and issues, with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience within a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.

Fluent German and C1 English are required. Accommodation support is offered, along with a Welcome Bonus and a salary paid over 14 monthly salaries.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role
