WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative in a 24/7 rotational role located in Porto, Portugal. You will deliver empathetic, professional support across markets, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires fluent Dutch communication and English at C1 level, with accommodation support and a welcome bonus as part of the package. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Portugal.

Job description

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities
