Job summary

WW Talents is recruiting a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic support across multiple markets from Porto, Portugal. The role requires Dutch fluency and strong English skills, with a 24/7 rotational shift pattern and onsite work in Porto.

The package includes a €1,100 gross monthly salary paid over 14 salaries, a €4,000 welcome bonus (paid in 12 monthly installments in the first year), and accommodation support as discussed in the interview process.

Job description

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role
