Job summary

Robin Radar in the Netherlands is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to help turn GenAI ideas into practical tools. You will work across Operations, Finance, Marketing and Engineering to unblock technical hurdles, prototype solutions, and showcase plug-and-play setups.

You'll partner with teams, coach on prompt engineering, build demos, and maintain the internal AI Experiment Registry while advancing our GenAI capabilities.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in technical business analysis, systems integration, or solutions engineering
• Clear and patient communicator able to coach non-technical colleagues without using overly technical jargon
• Proactive and curious investigator comfortable building relationships across different departments to identify needs
• Solid experience creating genAI solutions with enterprise GenAI environments like OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude
• Strong proficiency with API integrations, scripting in Python, and automation platforms like Workato or n8n
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Pragmatic, hands-on builder focused on delivering fast, working prototypes over complex theoretical frameworks
• Comfortable with hybrid working at our office premises, with occasional travel as required

Responsibilities

• Technical resolution and support: Resolve technical hurdles for non-technical teams and enable GenAI experiments to finish
• Rapid prototyping and automation: Build GenAI prototypes and workflow automations with plug-and-play setups
• Demos and capability showcase: Develop and present tangible AI demos across teams
• Coaching and workshops: Co-facilitate hands-on workshops and coach on prompt engineering and GenAI tooling
• Evaluation and validation: Test and validate emerging GenAI capabilities and platforms
• Experiment tracking and standardisation: Maintain the central AI Experiment Registry and measure performance
