Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to be the hands-on engine behind GenAI initiatives. You will work with Operations, Finance, Marketing and Engineering to resolve technical hurdles, build rapid prototypes, and showcase plug-and-play AI setups.

You will coach teams in prompt engineering, track experiments in a central registry, and validate new GenAI capabilities while keeping the tech stack up to date. This role blends hands-on building with strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in CS, Software Eng, Data Science, or related technical field
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in technical business analysis, systems integration, or solutions engineering
• Clear and patient communicator able to coach non-technical colleagues without using overly technical jargon
• Proactive and curious investigator comfortable building relationships across different departments to identify needs
• Solid experience creating genAI solutions with enterprise GenAI environments like OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude
• Strong proficiency with API integrations, scripting in Python, and automation platforms like Workato or n8n
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Pragmatic, hands-on builder focused on delivering fast, working prototypes over complex theoretical frameworks
• Comfortable with hybrid working at our office premises, with occasional travel as required

Responsibilities

• Technical resolution and support for non-technical teams to bring GenAI experiments to completion
• Rapid prototyping and automation of workflows using Gemini, Claude, and other tools
• Demos and capability showcase to multiple departments
• Coaching and workshops on prompt engineering and GenAI tooling
• Evaluation and validation of emerging GenAI capabilities and platforms
• Experiment tracking and standardisation across the organisation
