Job summary

ML6 - Accelerate Intelligence is seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to drive GenAI solutions in the Customer Experience domain. You will lead discovery, translate business needs into technical roadmaps, and guide ML teams from ideation through delivery.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery, oversee resources and budgets, and ensure compliance with security and user-centric requirements, while fostering agile practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent through demonstrated professional experience.
• Have a minimum of 3 years in IT Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering data-centric projects.
• Speak Dutch and English and can work from our office in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery phases using workshops and interviews to extract core business needs.
• Translate business needs into tangible technical project goals and roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end delivery from planning to final checks and delivery readiness.
• Oversee resource allocation, timelines, and budgets to keep projects profitable and on schedule.
• Ensure compliance, security, and user-centric requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Adapt processes to diverse client workflows and agile tooling environments.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Define clear roles and responsibilities to ensure delivery quality.
• Lead post-mortem sessions to capture lessons learned and drive improvements.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
