Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in tech and consultancy.
• Experience in strategy, innovation or management consulting.
• Native Dutch language skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to explain AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with revenue generation in consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy workshops to support clients.
• Manage advisory projects and guide clients through the project lifecycle.
• Explain technical concepts to clients in understandable terms.
• Guide end users during AI solution adoption.
• Design workshop materials and advisory methodology.
• Expand client collaboration through strategic advisory services and high-value results.
