Job summary

Rolls-Royce Solutions Benelux in Dordrecht is seeking a Testbench Operator to prepare, assemble and test gas engines and generator sets on the test bench. You will execute procedures, monitor performance, and document results to support high-quality deliveries.

Working with Engineering, Quality and Assembly, you will troubleshoot issues, calibrate equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement. Requires an MBO4 technical background and generator experience; fluent Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• MBO4 degree, preferably in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with generators or comparable installations.
• Skilled in using measurement and test equipment, technical documentation, and quality records.
• Practical ability to measure, read out, log, and analyze technical data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, build, and configure mechanical and electrical test setups for gas engines and generator sets.
• Execute test procedures independently, monitor and log performance data, and compare against specs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues during testing with Engineering and Quality.
• Document and report test results, log files, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain test equipment, ensure calibration and safety compliance, and contribute to process improvements.
