East Carolina University is seeking several Gray Gallery Assistants to support exhibition prep, archiving, and daily gallery operations on campus in North Carolina. You will help with documentation, inventory, and basic art handling, while assisting visitors during gallery hours.

The role is flexible, with shifts two to three days per week. Candidates must be ECU students and eligible for Federal Work Study; a GPA of 2.0+ is required.

• Ability to handle basic art materials.

Responsibilities

• Exhibition preparation and documentation.
• Archiving Gray Gallery exhibition materials and the permanent collection.
• Office organization.
• Database entry for inventory.
• Basic art-handling (storage, protection and organization).
• Monitoring the gallery and guiding guests.
