Job summary

ESA in Noordwijk, Netherlands seeks an experienced Galileo Services Implementation Coordinator to lead system roadmaps, ensure alignment with programme roadmaps, and coordinate with EU agencies and industry partners.

You will capture stakeholder service requirements, contribute to service KPIs, and coordinate multi-team activities across the Galileo Programme Office. A master’s degree with four years’ experience is required, with potential for career growth within ESA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in telecommunications engineering or related field with at least four years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree plus four years of relevant experience.
• Work experience in project management disciplines is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Galileo system roadmap and define capabilities for each system build.
• Represent ESA as design and qualification authority with EU agencies and member states.
• Identify new user segment use cases and validate system specifications from a service perspective.
• Coordinate weekly with Commission/EUSPA and member states on system builds and compliance.
• Collaborate with Space and Ground Segments, security teams, and industry to implement the roadmap.
