Job summary

ALT21 is seeking an Analyst to drive new business opportunities through outbound activity and early-stage qualification. You will work closely with senior closers, learning how to structure pitches and move opportunities toward closure while developing a solid understanding of ALT21's FX hedging tech.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, product depth, and the ability to contribute to a high-volume outbound sales process from day one.

Qualifications

• A genuine appetite for outbound sales activity and high call volumes.
• Comfortable with a target-driven, activity-based structure early in your career.
• Clear, confident communication — able to build rapport quickly on the phone.
• Curiosity about FX and financial markets, even without direct trading experience.
• Coachable — open to feedback from senior colleagues on every deal.

Responsibilities

• Generate new opportunities for the senior sales team through outbound activity (90–100 dials, ~1 hour talk time daily).
• Build and qualify a personal pipeline, hitting monthly targets (20 qualified accounts, 5 meetings, 4 new accounts).
• Work with a senior colleague on every opportunity to close deals.
• Learn ALT21's product set (spot, forwards, options, treasury) to represent credibly from first conversations.
