Job summary

ING is seeking a Functional Business Analyst to turn complex legal processes into practical digital solutions. You will join Corporate Legal Operations and work across international teams at the intersection of business analysis, legal technology and continuous improvement.

You will start with the legal entity management application and expand your influence across the legal tech landscape, shaping requirements, supporting adoption, and driving practical improvements for users worldwide.

Qualifications

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, such as in Industrial Engineering & Management.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in business analysis and/or functional application management.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• A proactive, analytical, service-minded and constructively critical approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• The ability to quickly understand and navigate applications and processes.
• Experience with Lean, Agile or Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps is an advantage.
