Job summary

Signify is seeking a Functional Engineer (Pricing) to deliver technic al and functional expertise to the Lead to Order (L2O) team, turning user stories into working technology solutions and achieving the required business outcomes.

You will partner with IT and business Product Owners, driving high-quality solutions with a strong emphasis on testing, security and performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in technology (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in business process modeling, analyses and redesign in the L2O domain.
• Experience in defining functional and non-functional solution requirements.
• Experience in implementation and integration of global IT solutions in SAP SD pricing and Vistex.
• Fluent in English with excellent consultancy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate and simplify business requirements into User Stories for stakeholders.
• Ensure overall functionality, quality, performance and security of products.
• Design tests and test plans for prototypes and products.
• Develop and provide required user training.
• Analyze problems and ensure incidents are resolved within the SLA.

As a Functional Engineer (Pricing), you’ll be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise to the Lead to Order (L2O) team for turning User Stories into working technology solutions to achieve the required business outcome.

You’ll act as a sparring partner and trusted advisor from IT to business Product Owners. Delivering highly qualitative solutions must be in your DNA!

• You’ll communicate, translate and simplify business requirements (in e.g. User Stories) to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.
• You’ll be responsible for the overall functionality, quality, performance and security of the Products in scope.
• You’ll design tests and test plans for prototypes and Products.
• You’ll develop and provide required user training.
• You’ll analyse problems and make sure that incidents are solved within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the user.
