Job summary

Gilde Software, part of the Craftview Group, seeks a motivated Full-Stack Software Developer to shape our product and service offerings. You will work on DMS development and ERP integration within a hybrid setup in the Netherlands.

The role requires strong Java and Angular skills, plus a willingness to expand into C#, VB.NET/VBA and SQL, with collaboration across Product, Consulting, Sales and Service teams.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in application development or MBO/HBO degree.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Angular.
• Willingness to learn C#, VB.NET/VBA and SQL.
• Dutch at C1 level, English at B2 level and German at B1 level.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or DMS is advantageous.
• Structured, collaborative way of working.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our document management system.
• API integration and connectors for ERP systems.
• Further develop the Gilde and Moser ERP systems.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to software testing.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Consulting, Sales and Service.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and develop solutions.
• Collaborate with Craftview product teams on shared solutions.

What You Bring

• Relevant Education: Completed vocational training in application development or an MBO/HBO degree in a comparable field.
• Professional Experience: At least three years of relevant professional experience after completing your training or degree.
• Core Technologies: Practical knowledge of Java and Angular.
• Technology Development: Willingness to learn or expand your knowledge of C#, VB.NET/VBA and SQL.
• Microsoft Technologies: Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint or Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.
• AI-Assisted Development: Experience with AI-assisted software development is welcome.
• Language Minimum Skills: Dutch at C1 level, English at B2 level and German at B1 level.
• Business Understanding: Commercial experience and knowledge of DMS, ERP or CRM systems are an advantage.
• Technology Openness: Enjoyment of working with different technologies and learning about new topics.
• Structured Collaboration: A structured, reliable and cooperative way of working.

What You'll Do

• DMS Development: Develop and maintain our document management system.
• API Integration: Implement APIs and connectors for our ERP systems.
• ERP Development: Further develop the Gilde and Moser ERP systems.
• Software Quality: Create technical documentation and contribute to software testing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Consulting, Sales and Service.
• Customer Communication: Communicate directly with customers when required to understand their needs and develop suitable solutions.
• Craftview Collaboration: Work with other product development teams across the Craftview Group and contribute your technical expertise to shared solutions.
