Job summary

Wlgroup in The Hague is seeking a hands-on software developer to build, test and maintain a suite of operator tools. You will design and implement across the stack with Java 21/Spring on the back end and Angular on the front end, while maintaining good documentation and close collaboration with a delivery manager and project manager.

You should bring at least three years of Java backend experience or three years in Angular, plus practical skills with Git, Maven, Jira and Jenkins, and solid

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Java backend development with Java 21 and Spring.
• Angular frontend development with a recent version.
• Fluent business English in a multinational team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain the software for the tool suite.
• Write and keep current the software documentation.
• Take part in requirements elicitation, analysis and design discussions.
• Keep the development backlog updated with progress and comments.
• Fix bugs and improve stability, not just add features.
• Create and run test cases, and support users through acceptance testing.
• Take part in team meetings as the lead developer and with delivery managers.
