Qogita is seeking a Software Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to build scalable systems and ship features end to end. You will work across Python/Django services and the TypeScript/Next.js frontend, translating product outcomes into reliable code.

• 2 to 5 years of experience designing scalable, high-performance production systems.
• Fullstack capability to ship frontend and backend changes.
• Product-minded approach to turning ambiguous problems into scoped solutions.
• Daily use of AI models and coding agents with testing and guardrails.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, data modeling, and testing.
• Ability to collaborate across product, design, science and platform teams.
