LYNX is seeking an experienced Full-stack Software Developer to join our development team. You will help build the next generation of trading applications and services, delivering a secure, high-performance web trading platform.

Based in Ghent with offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Ghent and Prague, you will work across cross-functional, distributed agile teams to shape architecture and drive platform improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot experience.
• Proficient with React/Next.js.
• Experience with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Experience building RESTful services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with AWS and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Good communication and cross-functional agile teamwork.
• Willingness to collaborate across Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague and Ghent.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Full-stack Software Developer to work with our development team based in Ghent. Your mission is to build the next generation of trading related applications and services for customers and help improving our modern and dynamic web based trading platform.

Your challenges - what will you do at LYNX:

• Design, build and improve the LYNX application stack used for running our trading platform, giving customers the best trading experience and a way for communicating and exchanging documents with LYNX in a secure manner
• Shape the overall platform architecture and design services for new projects that help us propel the business forward
• Improve the security, reliability and performance of our platform

You´re offering these qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong experience with React / Next.js
• Strong experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab, Jenkins)
• Experience building RESTful services and integrating synchronous and asynchronous systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional, distributed agile team
• Willingess to collaborate with teams across our branches in Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague and Ghent
