Qualifications

• Proven experience developing web apps with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React/Vue/Hotwire/Stimulus).
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL and ActiveRecord.
• Testing experience with RSpec.
• Git version control experience.
• Proactive, analytical, and good English communication.
• Nice to have: AWS/GCP/Heroku, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails backend code and dynamic frontend features
• Help shape the technical architecture to ensure application performance, responsiveness, and scalability
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and write automated tests using RSpec or Minitest
• Promote software engineering best practices
• Identify bottlenecks, debug bugs, and optimize application performance and security

Требования:

• Proven experience developing web applications with Ruby on Rails
• Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Hotwire, or Stimulus
• Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and ORM tools such as ActiveRecord
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as RSpec
• Experience with Git version control
• Proactive, self-starting attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
