Job summary

Van Gelder in Ridderkerk, Netherlands, is hiring Production Workers to join the fruits and vegetables production team. You will prepare and package fresh produce across departments and help maintain hygiene. Housing and transportation are arranged.

Offers include a gross salary of €14.06 per hour plus 8% holiday allowance, 38 hours per week, day shifts 06:00–15:00 or 08:00–17:00, and free transport to the workplace. Accommodation: €125 per week in shared houses.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or AGF (fruits & vegetables) preferred.
• Willingness to stay long-term in the Netherlands.
• Able to work in multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Work in different areas such as slicing, hot kitchen, cold kitchen, and packing;
• Slice and pack fruits and vegetables according to company standards;
• Operate slicing and packing machines safely.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the production area.
