Van Gelder Groente & Fruit zoekt een gemotiveerde Productie Medewerker voor onze moderne productie­faciliteit in Ridderkerk. Je werkt aan verse aardappelen, groenten en fruit en draagt bij aan een soepele productie samen met een enthousiast team.

Je start tussen 06:00 en 08:00 uur en werkt maandag tot zaterdag met twee vrije dagen per week; er is ruimte voor een vast contrat bij goed presteren. Salaris conform cao en arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn van toepassing.

Competenze

• MBO+niveau vereist.
• Ervaring als productie‑werker, verpakker of bediener in voedselindustrie is gewenst.
• Instructies opvolgen en nauwkeurig werken.

Mansioni

• Pellen en snijden van groenten en fruit, handmatig en met machines.
• Verpakken en herverpakken van verschillende producten.
• Salades en andere maaltijden afmaken op de lopende band.

Do you want to work as a Production Worker in Ridderkerk at an innovative and growing family business? Over de vacature:

You will be working at a modern production facility focused on fresh potatoes, vegetables, and fruit. Your day starts between 06:00 and 08:00, depending on your shift, and together with an enthusiastic team, you process the best products for the Dutch food service industry. Your tasks are varied: from peeling and cutting vegetables and fruit – both by hand and with machines – to carefully packing and repacking various products. You also finish salads and other meals on the conveyor belt. You fill containers according to clear instructions, check the correct weight, the right stickers and dates, and make sure all packaging is properly sealed. Cleaning and maintaining machines and tools is also part of your job. You work Monday through Saturday, but get two days off every week. You work two Saturdays each month, making it a flexible full‑time workweek of 5 days. Day shifts end between 16:00 and 17:00.

Wat wij vragen:

• You have an mbo level of working and thinking
• Preferably, you have experience as a Production Worker, Packer, or Operator in the food industry
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality
• You are available from Monday to Saturday and can work two Saturdays per month
• You live within 30 kilometers of Ridderkerk
• You speak and understand Dutch or English well enough to follow instructions
• You are flexible and enjoy working in a team
