I'm partnering with an exceptional SaaS company ranked in the top 1–2% globally, and we’re looking for a Hands-On Team Lead to lead a high-performing engineering team and drive frontend innovation across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a frontend engineering team, setting technical direction and fostering a strong team culture
• Develop and maintain innovative features and tools in various initiatives.
• Improve user experience through close collaboration with product/design teams.
• Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, 1:1s, and technical development
• Maintain high standards for code quality, system performance, and reliability
• Ensure smooth delivery processes by managing technical roadmaps and ensuring timely execution

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience leading frontend teams (5+ engineers)
• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with Typescript, React.js and/or Next.js
• Proven expertise in building features and tools in a product-based environment.
• Strong focus on writing clean, scalable, and secure code
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
