Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development with a frontend focus.
• 2+ years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Proven ability to deliver and maintain complex frontend environments.
• Strong knowledge of React, JS and TS, and frontend architecture.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the architecture and design of the software and provides technical guidance.
• Performs code reviews and enforces coding standards within the team.
• Leads resolution of technical issues and supports the team.
• Coordinates daily activities, distributes tasks and manages workload.
• Ensures documentation and reports progress to stakeholders.
• Mentors less experienced developers and promotes best practices.
