Job summary

Yuki is seeking a Frontend Lead to unify our frontend across teams by steering the consolidation onto Vue 3, setting architecture, and elevating UX. You will lead a 6–7 person team with diverse backgrounds, guiding them through best practices and cost-aware tech decisions.

You will own the frontend environment, promote SOLID principles, and drive AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor) across the team, partnering with management to align on strategic tech choices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of frontend experience with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Deep expertise in Vue (ideally Vue 3) and TypeScript.
• Real AI fluency and experience with AI coding tools.
• Fluent English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction: consolidate onto Vue 3 and define architecture and design system.
• Own the standard: maintain environment for the stack and champion SOLID and testability.
• Guide the trade-offs: weigh tech cost vs benefit for clear decisions.
• Lead the team: coach a mixed-seniority group and improve ways of working.
