Job summary

Yuki is seeking a Frontend Lead to organize and unify frontend efforts, consolidating onto Vue 3 and guiding a 6–7 person team. You will set the technical direction, own the environment, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, clean code with solid design patterns.

The role requires leading architecture decisions, promoting SOLID principles, and driving AI-assisted development using Claude Code and Cursor across multiple squads. Hybrid work and international collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of frontend experience with 2+ years in a lead role delivering projects.
• Deep expertise in Vue (Vue 3) and TypeScript, strong architecture and design-system skills.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor).
• Ability to articulate success as "we" and spot architecture issues & hard-to-test code.
• SaaS experience in a mid-size company is preferred.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction: lead the consolidation onto Vue 3 and define the architecture, patterns, and design system the frontend builds on.
• Own the environment: maintain the stack, champion SOLID, clean code, and testability across the team.
• Guide the trade-offs: weigh cost vs. benefit and present clear reasoning for decisions to management.
• Lead the team: coach a mixed-seniority group of 6–7 engineers and align best practices.
• Build with AI: set the standard for AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor) across the frontend team.
