Job summary

JouwWeb (Webador) is seeking a Front-End Engineer to help build and refine our in-browser editor and user-facing features. You will impact hundreds of thousands of users and millions of visits daily with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern CSS/HTML.

You will collaborate with designers and engineers in a hybrid setup with office days in Strijp-S, Eindhoven, while delivering reliable, performant code and exploring AI-assisted tooling to accelerate work.

• Improve In-Browser Editor to be fast, intuitive and reliable for non-technical users.
• Experiment and iterate with product experiments and user feedback to improve retention and reduce churn.
• Balance UX and engineering by turning ideas into clean, user-friendly features in collaboration with designers and other engineers.
• Focus on performance and code quality, cleaning up legacy patterns and maintaining a healthy codebase.
• Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development without compromising quality.
