Job summary

Conscious Hotels, including Hotel V Nesplein in Amsterdam, offers a Front Office internship for at least five months starting in January. You will be the first face guests see and learn reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, always with a smile.

Qualifications

• You are looking for an internship of at least 5 months, starting in January (February or March is also possible).
• You are currently studying at an MBO level in hotel management, tourism, or a related field.
• Communication and hospitality come naturally to you.
• You enjoy working in the hospitality sector and feel at home in a lively hotel environment.
• You are curious about how a hotel really operates and are eager to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Learn reservations, check-ins and check-outs.
• Assist guests with tips for the city’s hotspots and guest requests with humor and creativity.
• Support smooth hotel operations and guest services in a dynamic environment.
