Park Plaza Utrecht is inviting motivated hospitality students for a Front Office Host(ess) Intern role with F&B exposure. You’ll be the face of the hotel, supporting check-ins, reservations, and guest requests while gaining hands-on experience across Front Office and F&B operations.

The internship starts in September 2026 and runs full‑time for 5–6 months, with a monthly allowance of €550 gross. Join a vibrant team in the heart of Utrecht and learn from seasoned hospitality professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop across departments.

• Enjoys working in a team and adapting to different operational environments.
• Available for an internship of at least 5–6 months.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, contributing to a positive team environment and consistent service delivery.
• Support the guest journey, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests across phone, written, and face-to-face communication.
• Assist with reservations, payments, and front office administrative tasks.
• Gain hands‑on experience within Food & Beverage operations, supporting service where needed.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in both Front Office and F&B areas in line with brand standards.
• Collaborate with departments such as housekeeping and food and beverage to ensure smooth daily operations.

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Interest in both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus
• Dutch or any additional language skills; is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and develop operational knowledge across departments
