Freedom Village of Holland Michigan is seeking a Front Desk On Call to handle calls, assist residents and visitors, and coordinate transportation for activities and appointments. The role requires a high level of courtesy, security awareness, and strong communication with staff and vendors.
Responsibilities include opening/closing the desk, processing payments and reservations, and ensuring messages reach the right department.

Responsible for verifying the scheduled presence of all employees, and third party contractors on the grounds. Performs a variety of clerical duties as assigned. Drivers are responsible for the timely and safe transporting of residents to various individual and group activities/functions and medical appointments.

Work in accordance with established policies and procedures and/or specific instructions from the Director of Plant Operations. Responsible for assisting in the day to day operation of the Concierge department to ensure the safety of the Community, its residents, staff and visitors.
Opens and closes the front desk and properly secures all files, keys and equipment in the office area. Picks up and delivers residents to all scheduled activities and appointments where transportation is needed.
High school diploma or GED required. CDL preferred but not necessary. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English. Position requires a valid Michigan Chauffeur's Driver License. Must have the ability to obtain a CPR/AED certification. Must have high proficiency using various computer applications.
